The Outback is made with six different specifications of engine and trim packages. All wheels are standard for each package and the package is the most basic 2.5i, which is most similar to the 3.6R. The 2.5i, 2.5 Premium and Limited is powered by a 2.5 liter 4 cylinder engine. The Limited Premium 3.6 and share both the 3.6-liter 6-cylinder. Standard options include the Outback 16-inch wheels, adjustable roof rails, automatic headlights, engine accessories, cruise control, CD player and auxiliary input.
The next step is the first 2.5, which offers 17-inch wheels in place, a driver's seat 8-way power controlled, and fog lamps. The Premium package is the premium end of 3.6, and special packages include two options, a security camera that is brand new in the Outback. More options for top quality ingredients include heated seats and mirrors, moon roof power, windshield defroster, a 6-disc CD and Bluetooth.
There are two final trim levels available for Silverthorne Subaru shoppers, the 2.5i Limited Package and 3.6R Limited. Opportunities for these consists of GPS navigation, as part of the package power moon roof that requires a touch-screen navigation and rear camera. There is also a CD player and input for your iPod.
